Cartoons on the Bay Animation Festival 2020 Postponed

Due to the evolution of the international health emergency for the spread of Covid19, we are sorry to have to communicate the decision to postpone the realization of the festival, originally planned in the period from 2 to 5 April 2020 in Pescara. The new dates have already been identified and are back in the current year but will be announced in the next few days with the confirmation of the city of Pescara.

This decision is taken – as part of a series of more general measures involving other corporate events of both Rai Com and the Rai Leader planned for the same period – in order to protect the health and safety of employees, collaborators , consultants, national and international guests who would have taken part in the Festival in addition to that of the Abruzzo community.

Pulcinella Awards award is NOT cancelled. The preliminary jury has already indicated the finalists for each category in competition and soon the international jury will get to work remotely. Just like the Pitch Me is NOT cancelled! for which the finalists have already been selected. Times, places and mode of announcing and delivery of prizes will be communicated as soon as possible.
