VFXRio Live 2020 Registrations Now Open (26th to 27th June 2020)
It brings to Brazil the leading national and international specialists in the production of visual effects for cinema and TV, games and new technologies. The sixth edition of VFXRio will be held for the first time online, live and free of charge.
The 2-day program includes lectures and workshops with supervisors, directors and artists who participate in the creation of visual effects and immersive media. VFXRio is affiliated to ACM Siggraph through the Brazilian Visual Technology Association. In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 VFXRio brought to Brazil award-winning professionals from companies such as Industrial Light & Magic, Activision, MPC, Visual Effects Society, Pixomondo, Weta and DigitalDomain in addition to presenting the best of national production through presentations universities and studios and producers such as Rede Globo, Conspiracy, O2, IMPA and Stratostorm. VFXRio has ComicCon Experience partnerships in São Paulo, Telecine, SuperUber, Globo, Intel / Dell, Foundry and brings to Brazil a selection of films selected by Venice VR,
