Framestore Launchpad Internship Competition 2020 (Until 29th May 2020)
Framestore offers students the opportunity to work alongside our talented teams across all of our sites in London, Montréal and our US offices as part of our paid summer Internship scheme. However, you will need the right to work for the location you are interested in.
During their time with us, our Interns are exposed to a wide range of departments across the company. To be considered for the chance to take part in our Internship we would prefer it if you had an interest in, or are studying any of, the following subjects: visual effects, animation, games, real-time computing, computer science, film or TV production, design, photography, illustration or fine art.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Framestore will no longer be able to offer our usual onsite Launchpad Internship programme in our London or Montreal offices.
However, we are really pleased to announce that we will instead be running the first ever Launchpad Internship Competition! You can find more details about the competition below including information on how to enter and the benefits to being a part of it.
The competition will run during our normal internship window of Monday 6th July to Friday 28th August 2020 but instead of being based at our studios we will run the competition entirely remotely and online.
Unfortunately this means that we will no longer be able to provide a salary to the successful interns but we hope that there will be other benefits to taking part and that it will give the successful entrants a unique and interesting opportunity.
Sounds good, how do we apply?
● Please submit one application per team using application form for London and application form for Montreal.
● Applications will open on Friday 17th April and will close on Friday 29th May.
● If you have previously submitted an application to our Launchpad 2020 internship scheme via our website then you should have been contacted by us and encouraged to reapply for the competition. Your previous application will not be accepted for the internship competition.
● A team of Framestore judges in each office will select the successful teams to participate in the competition and their decision will be final.
● Successful teams will be notified no later than Friday 19th June.
● All successful teams invited to participate in the competition will be given a welcome pack containing useful information relating to the competition and further details on the competition theme, schedule and deliverables.
For any questions regarding the internship please contact and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
