The MPC have been awarded VFX Company of the Year at CICLOPE International Craft Festival Awards 2019

MPC took home VFX Company of The Year for the third year running, as well as dominating the VFX category and receiving the top award in the Colour Grading category.

In the VFX category John Lewis & Partners ‘The Boy and The Piano’ received the Gold award, Mikros MPC Advertising’s CANAL+ Group ‘The Idea’ the Silver award and Hennessy ‘The Seven Worlds’ the Bronze award. In the Colour Grading category Volkswagen AG ‘The Others’, graded by Matthieu Toullet, received the Gold award.

At CICLOPE Festival 2019, more than 100 entries were awarded in different categories divided in Production, Post-production, Sound, Music Video, Special Section and Interactive, and six of them received a Grand Prix: “The New York Times – The truth is worth it: Perseverance” (directed by Martin + Lindsay, produced by Furlined, created by Droga5, edited by Final Cut, and sound by Wave Studios), “The National – I am Easy To Find” (directed by Mike Mills, produced by MJZ, and visual effects by MPC), “The New York Times – The Truth Is Worth It: Fearlessness (ISIS)” (directed by Martin + Lindsay, produced by Furlined, created by Droga5, edited by Final Cut, visual effects by Significant Others and sound by Wave Studios), “HECATE – What Happened?” (directed by Yukihiro Shoda, produced by CONNECTION + Soda!Communications, created by Cherry + ADK), “Essity – Viva La Vulva” (directed by Kim Gehrig, produced by Somesuch, created by AMV BBDO, edited by Trim Editing, and sound by Soundtree Music), “The Walking Fish” (directed by Thessa Meijer, produced by HALAL).
