Mattescape Studios, In this first season of the Netflix-original fantasy The Witcher, based on the book series by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski and produced for TV by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, we helped bringing life to the story and to the magical world of The Continent by providing various matte paintings and set-extensions. One of our tasks were to add pools of blood and blood splatters to the ground and walls.
