The VFX Horde Studio Training Experience

The VFX Horde‘s simulated VFX Studio experience is the next generation of VFX training—filling the gap between university education and full-time employment.

One of a kind “shot work” based training as if working at a VFX studio—guidance from a Sequence Lead and access to tons of assets so you can laser focus on your chosen VFX discipline at the same time creating amazing pieces for your demo reel.

STUDIO PIPELINE

VFX Horde sequences are made to work within the open-source Prism Pipeline software giving enrollees a more authentic VFX studio training experience.

REVIEW ROOM

The VFX Horde Dailies Review Room is the closest VFX Studio simulation training experience available—from the artist dashboard, to shot submissions, to live dailies, rounds and review tools. Refine your work at the same time learning the VFX review process. Learn more about the Review Room Sequence Training add-on.

SEQUENCE ASSETS

Use the assets included with your sequence to increase the production value of your demo reel at the same time allowing you to laser focus on your VFX discipline.

LEAD TRAINING

VFX Horde Leads define specific tasks for you to accomplish in shot berifs so you can display the appropriate skills profile for your discipline on your demo reel. Trainings are divided into sections, modules, and lessons so you can easily navigate the training.

COLOR WORKFLOW

VFX Horde footage and assets use a real film color space just like a VFX Studio. VFX software color packs and color workflow trainings are included with each sequence.
